The Smart Connection SCW100 series is a component system intended for integration between the motor starters and the controller device of the command logics (network master).In addition to facilitating integration, it provides significant gains in the process, such as speed and simplification in the assembly of the control circuits for motor starters, which makes start management much more reliable.

Efficient integration, total management and fast assembly
The Smart Connection SCW100 line is a component system intended to integrate motor starters and the logic controller device (network master). In addition to facilitating integration, it provides significant gains in the process, such as fast and simple assembly of control circuits for motor starters, which makes the management of starters much more reliable.
Starter Manager
Its factory settings enable much simpler programming logic, since all the analysis on the system driven and monitored by the Starter Manager is contained in the product itself. This is due to the default internal logic that analyzes the status of the motor-protective circuit breaker (activated/tripped) and exercises full control over the contactor (on/off function, counting of operations, monitoring of stuck contacts, activation time, coil integrity).
Connection Modules
Applicable to standard WEG products, the SCW100-CM Connection Modules are available for use in conjunction with CWB contactors up to 38 A (coil at 24 V dc) and MPW40 motor-protective circuit breakers. The Connection Modules can also be implemented in older systems already installed, upgrading conventional panels to Smart solutions.
Cabling
The Smart Connection system allows replacing the entire control circuit wiring of a conventional starter with a single RJ45 cable, providing faster connection and eliminating the need for tools. They also have a special feature that makes the connection error-proof, connecting the Starter Manager to the Connection Modules in a fast and simple way.
