WEGscan is an innovative solution for online monitoring of the fleet of equipment and assets, ensuring, via predictive analysis, the level of excellence of the operation.

WEGscan collects data such as temperature, vibration in the three axis, magnetic field and other relevant asset information. With the development of this sensor, WEG created and patented two innovative technologies: WEGsense and WEGsync.

To raise the level of industrial maintenance management, WEGscan has a cloud solution, in WEG Motion Fleet Management, for data storage, for advanced analysis by a technician or specialist and also for data processing by Artificial Intelligence for autonomous diagnosis. This solution makes it possible to reduce the operating cost of the equipment fleet (total cost of ownership - TCO) through condition monitoring with IoT (Internet of Things) technology.

WEGsync

WEGsync technology combines synchronized vibration measurement with multiple sensors and advanced WEG algorithms for phase analysis and structural deformation of monitored assets.

With WEGsync, it is possible to qualitatively assess application structural weaknesses (via ODS). For example: region of greater deformation in the asset; coupling problems, looseness and fixation; verification of the unbalance planes of a rotor; between others.
