Connectivity for performance control
WEG Motor Scan measures the vibration, temperature and
running hours of the electric motor diagnosing any faults. The
information is uploaded to the cloud via smartphone or gateway.
The data can be analyzed on the smartphone screen and an
in-depth way on the WEG IoT Platform.

Gateway WEG Motor Scan
The WEG Gateway Motor Scan sends information in real time to the cloud through WiFi, ethernet or 3G / 4G cable, allowing immediate monitoring of remote motor performance.

Connectivity for performance control
Designed for WEG motors in frames 63 to 450, after being easily installed in the motor, the WEG Motor Scan should be configured using a smart device (app available for Android and iOS). Once configured, the sensor sends data to the cloud via Bluetooth® or Gateway and allows the analysis of the results on the WEG IoT Platform.
The installation is quick and simple and the entire process is guided directly through the application during the sensor setup. The WEG Motor Scan is fastened to the motor fin and there is no electrical connection between the motor and the sensor.
The user collects data via Bluetooth® using he app installed on a smartphone or automatically via the WEG Motor Scan Gateway for specific use with the sensors. The data is sent and stored in the cloud and can be further analyzed on the WEG IoT Platform.
