WEG was elected as one of the best companies to work for, in Brazil, in the 21st edition of Você S/A Directory - The 150 Best Companies to Work for in 2017, one of the key Human Resources awards from the country.

The Directory was created in 1997 to promote the top 150 companies that best care for their employees. This award is based on a method implemented by Management Institute Foundation (FIA), which covers questions responded by the companies and their employees, while considering a set of performance evidences.

At WEG, 3,000 employees were asked to score the employers, where 83% accepted to participate and 25 employees were personally interviewed by Você S/A journalists.
