Within its expansion strategy in the Export marketing WEG has just appointed a distributor for the Russian and CIS market.

The company appointed is ELCOM, which will sell products from WEG Motores and WEG Maquinas within the territory of Russia and CIS. Additionally, ELCOM is aiming at promoting the name of WEG in that region.

Elcom has been in the market of industrial equipment since 1998. During this period they acquired the reputation as a reliable and stable company, fulfilling the promised commitments. Their main activity is to sell electric motors, fan heaters and pumps from their workshops in St Petersburg and Moscow. They have also set up a distributor network to cover other areas of Russia and CIS.

The company is located within a major consumer market near S-Petersburg, 650 kilometers away from Moscow.
