WEG has been added to the approved vendor list at petroleum giant BP. The company is now included on the BP Upstream Technically Qualified Suppliers List (TQSL) for its state-of-the-art LV (low voltage) motors.

BP, formerly known as British Petroleum, is a multinational oil and gas company headquartered in London, UK. The organisation is one of the world's seven oil and gas "supermajors", operating in all areas of the segment, including exploration and production, refining, distribution and marketing, petrochemicals, and power generation.
