Sebastião Lauro Nau

Technological Innovation Management Manager

Sebastião Lauro Nau is graduated in electrical with a master's and doctorate in Electrical Engineering.

He started his career at WEG in 1985, in the Research, Development and Innovation area. He has held several management positions in this area, and is currently responsible for the company's Technological Innovation Management, having among his activities the knowledge management, intellectual property and open innovation.
