On June 12th, WEG hosted the first Investors Day in the USA, which is an event held for investment analysts and institutional investors. In addition to attending presentations about the company, the attendees had the opportunity to interact with WEG´s senior management team and learn more about the company’s innovation initiatives, overseas business expansion, product development, and new technologies.

The event brought together more than 40 guests in New York and was attended by Harry Schmelzer Jr., WEG´s CEO, André Luis Rodrigues, CFO, Siegfried Kreutzfeld, WEG China Managing Director, Peter Barry, President of WEG USA, Paulo Polezi, Finance and Investor Relations Director, and André Salgueiro, Investor Relations Manager.

"This is WEG's 1st Investors Day held outside of Brazil and for us, it is a great satisfaction to have the opportunity to be closer to investors and market analysts and take this event to New York. Furthermore, this event has already been consolidated for years in Brazil," says Paulo Polezi, WEG´s Finance and Investor Relations Director.

WEG Day will be again held in Brazil on June 20th and the 21st at the company's headquarters in Jaraguá do Sul.
