O que é e quais são as possíveis causas do E004?
  • O erro E004 é ocasionado por sobretemperatura no dissipador da potência, mas esse erro somente ocorre no modelo SCA-04 24/48.
  • As causas mais prováveis são:

    • Temperatura do ambiente alta (>45ºC) e/ou ciclo de trabalho com corrente eficaz elevada;
    • Ventilador bloqueado ou defeituoso.
O que é e quais são as possíveis causas do E005?
  • O erro E005 é ocasionado por sobrecarga na saída (função i x t);
  • A causa mais provável é carga no eixo muito alta.
O que é e quais são as possíveis causas do E006?
  • O erro E006 é Erro Externo.
  • É ocasionado pela entrada digital que foi programada para a função de Erro externo e foi desacionada, verificar a fiação entre X1: 11...13 está aberta (não conectada a fonte de 24V).
O que é e quais são as possíveis causas do E007?
  • O erro E007 é ocasionado por falha no encoder.
  • A causa mais provável é a falta de um dos sinais do conector X7 (A, A negado, B, B negado, N, N negado ou falta alimentação via X6: 23-24).

  • O erro E008 é Erro de Watchdog.
