During a little longer than a month, a group of WEG technicians have worked in the repair of a 26 thousand HP motor, installed in a White Martins´gas plant. The motor operates feeding a CSN oven in Volta Redonda/RJ.

The repair of the motor was successful and it represents a great reference for WEG since part of the work was done on field. "We can create opportunities for the participation of larger bids in the area" says SinĂŠsio Tenfen, WEG managing director.

According to him, the service complements another supply made on 2004: a set of coils that were produced and kept in stock by the customer and will now be applied on the machine. "White Martins has a great purchasing history and the supply includes the performance of the service on field and at the plant", says Mr. Tenfen.
