André Luis Rodrigues has Engineering graduation and MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Managing Corporate Resources at the International Institute Management (IMD), Switzerland.

At WEG since March 2015, he holds the position of Administration and Finance Managing Director, being responsible for the Finance, Controllership and Information System department.
