Clécio is graduated in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Business Management, Quality and Productivity Management and Business Logistics.

At WEG since 1984, he started his career as Engineering Trainee. Over the years, he went through some managements until he became, in 2004, Operations Director at WEG India. Currently, the executive is the Logistics Director at WEG Motores.
