For WEG, investing in the development of customers' technical skills is essential to boost their ability to effectively use products and solutions.

Therefore, the company is intensifying its global growth strategy with a training program for its branches, distributors and integrators around the world. This qualification is part of a strategy to internationalize the lines of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMIs (Human Machine Interface).

In the first months of 2024, thirty professionals from Latin America, Europe and the Middle East participated in training at the WEG Customer Training Center (CTC) in Brazil, and, in the second semester, more professionals from other countries are scheduled to be trained. This effort aims to strengthen technical expertise in programming, especially using the Codesys platform, in WEG's PLC500 and PLC410 lines.

The training covers several aspects, including the integration of those PLCs with RUW100 remote devices, MT/cMTX HMIs and drives, using a wide range of communication protocols. This training intends to develop participants with advanced technical skills in order to face the challenges of industrial automation for a wide range of applications.

With this initiative, WEG reinforces its commitment to offering efficient solutions with a team capable of providing support throughout the world.
