KaizenWEG is a method of Participative Management that aims to promote the participation of employees in problem solving and continuous improvement activities, which create positive results in all processes.

For the company, Kaizen improvements are fundamental, since they allow it to hear the voice of its employees and implement improvements indicated by them. It is through this process that the company is able to find and identify problems, analyze and propose solutions that aim to improve the work environment.

In this regard, and with the aim of recognizing its employees, on February 15th, the company organized the “Kaizen Olympics” ceremony in Santo Tirso. In this event, WEG Portugal recognized the employees who stood out the most and helped the company to innovate. The awarded categories were: "Mobilization", "Benefit/Cost", "Quick Kaizen" and "Standard Kaizen".
