The months of September and October were marked by reinforcing of WEG Portugal's presence in the academic community.

In September, WEG's team was present at FENGE 2023, a professional fair organized by the Students' Association of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra - AE ISEC. In addition to the stand, WEG Portugal was invited to give a presentation to the academic community entitled "New technologies in electric motors".

The month of October began at the Universidade do Porto, with the FEUP CAREER FAIR, followed by the 5th edition of the Job Fair at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu and ended with the 2nd edition of Grow Your Skills Up, which took place at the Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave (IPCA).

For WEG, it is important to continue building and solidifying these relationships with educational institutions and making the "WEG World" better known among the academic community.
