Carlos Diether Prinz is graduated in Electrical Engineering, with specializations in Business Administration, Power Transformers and Executive STC /Skills, Tools & Competences.

At WEG since 1985, he has worked as Trainee, Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, Manager and Director, until he took over the position of Managing Director of the T&D Business Unit. As Chief Operating Officer of the T&D Unit, the executive is responsible for the Procurement, Quality and Administrative Department of Gravataí.
