WEG received on Tuesday, October 15, the “Empresas Mais” Award, which recognizes the corporations with the best financial results between 2015 and 2018. Developed in partnership with the Foundation Institute of Administration (FIA) and Austin Rating, Balance sheets of 2.8 thousand companies were analyzed to define those with the best results in each segment they do business.

The analysis of balance sheet data generated the winners within 24 categories, in addition to listing 100 best companies and 100 best business groups from the Brazilian market. WEG took second place in the Machinery and Equipment category.

The awarding ceremony took place in São Paulo and was attended by the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Rodrigo Maia.
