WEG has just published its 2022 Integrated Annual Report. The document describes in detail the main activities, initiatives, management practices, indicators and WEG's commitments related to environmental, social and governance issues.

In this report, the company highlights its increasing efforts to keep sustainability aligned with the products and solutions portfolio that require more economical and efficient production methods. It also introduces its governance and compliance model, which has historically offered consistency, efficiency, and transparency. The methodology used to structure the Report is internationally recognized, based on the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), also disclosing methodologies’ indicators of the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
