Which versions of Android or iOS are required to operate the WEG Motor Scan app?

The WEG Motor Scan app requires Android version 5.0 or later or iOS 9.0 or later

What are the WEG Motor Scan Terms of Use?

What is the maximum distance to synchronize the WEG Motor Scan sensor with the gateway?

The WEG Motor Scan sensor can be synchronized with the gateway at approximately 30 meters. This is just a reference value, which may vary depending on the environment where the WEG Motor Scan and gateway are installed.

How many sensors can be connected to the gateway?

Up to 100 WEG Motor Scan sensors.

What are the communication protocols available on the gateway?

The WEG Motor Scan gateway can connect to the WEG Motion Fleet Management software via ethernet cable, Wi-Fi or 4G modem (via USB port). WEG does not sell the 4G modem. To obtain a 4G modem, contact your telephone company.
