WEG just announced the acquisition of Stardur Tintas Especiais Ltda., a company specialized in the production and sales of industrial paints.
Located in Indaiatuba, state of São Paulo (Brazil), Stardur has 250 employees, with manufacturing facilities of 10,000 square meters and net revenues of approximately US$ 40 million in 2011.
The portfolio of Stardur products includes paints with low and high content solids, paints for engineered plastics, water-soluble paints, coil coating and paints for the automotive repainting segment.
