Ethical and honest conduct must be the basis of all our actions and our Code of Ethics expresses the fundamental principles and defines the meaning of integrity. The information provided will be kept confidential, except in situations where WEG has a legal obligation to inform government agencies and authorities.
No retaliation or retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports violations or suspected violations of this code will be tolerated by WEG.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing the Code of Ethics and cases that are not included in the Code of Ethics will be discussed by the Code of Ethics committee.
