On November,  12th WEG held the 7th edition of its WEG Day, an event for investment analysts and institutional investors. 

The event, which is usually held annually in Brazil and the USA, due to the pandemic, was held virtually and was attended by more than 400 Brazilian and foreign investors. 

In addition to watching presentations on results and new global business opportunities for the company, participants had the opportunity to make questions to WEG's CEO, Harry Schmelzer Jr., and CFO, André Luis Rodrigues. 

For WEG, this is a very important moment for interaction with analysts and investors. “Showing our performance results is certainly a great opportunity to help them to make investment decisions. This year we could not bring them to visit our manufacturing facilities as we have been doing since 2012. But, on the other hand, it was possible to open up opportunities for a much larger number of participants”, says André. 

For seven years, the WEG Day has been taking place in Brazil and, in 2018, the same event expanded its target audience and started to be held in New York (USA) as well.
