How Do I recover a password?

Through the MFM software, the user can reset the password on the login page using the option “Forgot password?”.

How do I register on the MFM (Motion Fleet Management) software?

Through the MFM (Motion Fleet Management) software https://mfm.wnology.io or via the WEG Motor Scan mobile app.

Can the WEG Motor Scan be installed in machines other than electric motors?

Yes. The sensor can be installed both in electric motors and in machines such as gearboxes, pumps, fans and compressors coupled to electric motors. In those kinds of machines, the WEG Motor Scan is registered as generic (other applications) and is intended for monitoring vibration and temperature. See the product manual to install the WEG Motor Scan on the machine.

How do I configure the WEG Motor Scan on machines that are not an electric motor?

The WEG Motor Scan application provides the instructions step-by-step. When asked about the asset type, select “Other” and proceed with the configuration. For more details, see the Sensor Configuration Manual at https://static.weg.net/medias/downloadcenter/h3e/h7c/WEG-motor-scan-mobile-app-manual-10008443991-pt-en-es.pdf.

Que se passe t-il lorqu'on redémarre le WEG Motor Scan?
Toutes les configurations du senseur seront effacées et WEG Motor Scan pourra être configuré pour une installation sur un autre moteur. Les données collectées et envoyées à la Plateforme WEG IoT resteront disponibles pour une consultation sur le site sur lequel il a été enregistré.
