You will need to remember the email address used on your account to perform the automatic recovery. Just access https://mfm.wnology.io and click on "Forgot password?" Enter your email and click on "Request password reset". Open the email with the title “Request to Reset Password” and click on the link received. Enter your email, the new password, and confirm the new password. Click on “Reset my password”, then enter the MFM using your new password.

Measurements stored on the WEG Motor Scan memory must be collected using the WEG Motor Scan mobile app with a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth connection. Data can be collected offline (without internet connection) and stored on the device memory until it is connected to the internet for transmission to the MFM software. You can also use the WEG Motor Scan gateway for automatic data collection and transmission.

The registration of a new login can be done either via the MFM at https://mfm.wnology.io or via mobile app following the instructions available on the screen. The software and the application share the same login, so it is not necessary to register twice.
