In principle, we will store the personal information collected and generated by our operations in China, and for the cross-border transfer of your personal information, please refer to "10. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ".

WEG will store your personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose for which you have authorized its use, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or normative documents. After the above personal information storage period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

As part of the Data Privacy Governance, WEG Group appointed the Data Protection Officer, who, among other responsibilities, accepts complaints and reports from the Data Subjects, provides clarifications and take the necessary measures, besides being the center point of communication with the Data Protection Authority. WEG keeps in place procedures to raise awareness amongst its employees when exercising activities involving personal information processing, as well as procedures to ensure the protection of personal information by the organization.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

We only collect information about employees' minor children when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, and when it is clearly necessary. The use of this information will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it. For example, commercial insurance for minor children.
